You know what, S? Your post really encouraged me. =) This has kinda been in my heart for some time.. getting so close to my non-christian friends now, I really wanna make a difference in this world-the world around me. I'm trying now as hard as I can to stand up for what I really believe in, and I have to keep reminding myself

"God's love is sufficient for me."

And really, it is true. It's hard to not crave for people's attention/love/acceptance sometimes, I mean, I'm guilty of it too. So I remind myself, HE is sufficient for me. His LOVE is sufficient for me.

Today in the car as I was driving home from school, I was just praying that God will let me make a difference in my friends' lives. I'm still working on that, and I need to constantly check myself. No cursing, no lying. Be patient, and try not to lose your temper. Instead, show them God's love.
Sometimes, just leading a godly life can 'speak' to people more than just going up to them and telling them the gospel. They don't want to hear Christ from you. They wanna SEE Christ in you. It's useless to just talk, but not do anything. So make our lives speak volumes, and be a testimony to others!

It's hard, I know. I'm struggling too. But just know that God will never leave us nor forsake us. He is with us always, and because of that, we can live. We can smile.

=)
